Dunkin' - Waterbury

Love this Dunkin. They know my order and always smiling

The restaurant has recently undergone renovations and upgrades. While the decor is certainly modern, there is noticeably less seating and fewer bakery items on offer. However, the speed of service has improved significantly. With an enclosed cabinet for the donuts and similar items, the products will stay fresher and won’t stale as quickly.

I went back to the parking lot and re-entered the store. A crew member poured half of the coffee out, added the caramel and sugar, then handed it back to me. There wasn't enough caramel, so I asked for more. She scooped out some of the coffee and added more ice, giving me an annoyed look. After that, I left. I won't be returning to this Dunkin'. There's a better one just a few miles away.

I always experience great and exceptional service even when the line is long and the place is busy. One of my favorite Dunkin locations
