ALL the Workers lacking proper customer service very nasty with an attitude I almost threw my ice cream in their faces no wonder it was Empty I say revamp all of them or your business will be going down

Makes me sad to think of Dairy Queen in this matter due to always being a Dairy Queen fan I will no longer be eating at Dairy Queen due to the service tonight and the treatment that I receivedI was about to buy 1 mint and chip malt for myself and 4 shakes and 3 blizzardslarge family of boysFirst I went to the drive-thru and it was all dark it looked like it was closed because there was nobody in there the manager was very rude and told me she doesn't carry mint and chip maltsWhen I try to explain to her it was just a vanilla malt with me and chip ice cream she became very short and rudeNot only that but they made me drive back through the speaker when because it was closed nobody was there now I know why we will not be back there it's one thing when you won't take an extra step to make a different brand of molt but when you treat people bad it's the worst we won't be back and a lot of other people must feel the same because it was completely empty and dark whoever owns this or runs this better step up soon or this place is going to go under I run a business and would not allow people to treat other people this wayI didn't just respect any of them I just said Thank you and left with my family too bad another restaurant close by served us ice cream with a smile thank you McDonald's

Cooked. The food was not cooked and the people’s working there was shouting at me for no reason I advise you not go back there.

They seemd to be out of everything I tried to order. When I asked if I could receive a discount on it as it wasn 't my top 3 choices management said no. I went across the street to McDonald 's, spent less money, and had everything I was looking for. Terrible manager. I will never be back.
