Chili's Grill - Waterbury

I went with some friends on Thursday we had a great time. Appetizers were phenomenal. I had a problem with cooking steak in my Fajitas, I just wanted to let it go, but the manager Christina came by and asked how our time went in Chilis, we told her we had a great time. Tell her I will always get Fajitas and it usually comes great, but this time it seems over spiced and cooked. She reacted that it could be just this mix, but she suggested that she made me a new portion that is medium-sized instead of good. She served me herself and made sure that I was satisfied at a later time. What a great experience. Thank you Christina!

This is one of mine and husbands favorite!! free chips and salsa everytime yum !!! the deals here are cheap and yummy !! we love the texas cheese fries , street corn , boneless wings burgers quesadillas amazing try them if somethings wrong complain they will fix it everywhere makes mistakes it’s how they handle it that counts

Simple order just asked for no mustard on my burger. Didn't realize it was there till I left because I ended up taking it to go. Asked for a side of ranch twice and was passed by 3 more times. Never got the ranch. Never got asked for dessert or was seen again. paid at kiosk and left.
