Brass City Bistro - Waterbury

We were pleasantly surprised to catch up with the owner, an old family friend of my husbands family, listened to the amazing live music on the patio Friday night), had a fabulous dinner (generous portions enough for 2 meals), and enjoyed amazing service from everyone. We will definitely go back and highly recommend this place.

First time there after hearing great things. I must agree. The food and the service were outstanding. Highly recommend. I will be back!!!!

Best staff and great food. The lobster bisque is phenomenal, the chicken lobster oscar is great. Lunch and dinner are always good.

Lobster bisque is out of this world, very nice meal, service was good. I had veal saltimbocca and it was better than most others. Reasonably priced, all around great meal.
