Ferme Auberge Stroberg - Wasserbourg

Beautiful place after several years of hiking in the small ball and every stop at the inn farm of the strohberg we were very satisfied. Warm welcome very good cuisine bravo to the owner.

We had reserved for a large 15-fold. After a nice 2h30 hike we were very hungry and eager to taste the marcaire meal we knew of reputation. certainly the wait was a bit long for the order but what reward. everything was excellent and yet we have many points of comparison since the years that we hike in the Vosges. from soup to peat, roïgabragaldis and to dessert, the quality of the kitchen is perfect and mastered. and what to say about the friendliness of the waitress with her beautiful tattoo in the neck that perfectly notes the 15-person disideratas and do not mistake. bravo au strohberg

It must be desired to do so: more or less 12 kilometers of munster, and 2 kilometers of dirt roads, but the detour is worth the candle. Mountain specialities, with regard to raïgabrogeldis, smoked meat and salad (cooked potatoes with bacon and onions)The dessert a meringue and its double cream of the farm

We went like every year to this farm, and we are always well-received marcaire meal always good and to finish a beautiful blueberry pie. What more do you want? beautiful view good meal and tranquility (we always go there in week)
