Roberts Restaurant at the Omni Shoreham

Angry. Made reservation to eat there with cousin who was guest at hotel. It was based on menu. I parked at hotel. Then restaurant had buffet only which cousin didn’t want so we went to outside restaurant. But hotel charged me $35 to park because I didn’t eat at restaurant. Will never go there again.

The cocktails were enjoyable, but the food was average. The service was sluggish.

The servers are polite and attentive, as well as friendly and welcoming.

The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly and provided exceptional service. The food was served quickly and was hot and fresh. I will definitely be returning!

The service is completely untrained. Nice enough people, but no clue about the menu items, order/food timing, interrupting conversation, tracking which plate belongs to which guest, etc. And to top it off, the parking attendant fought with my guest because she didn't have a copy of the meal receipt (I paid) so she had to pay $25 to get her car. Not OK.
