I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Elizabeth’s Gone raw. The experience started with Elizabeth herself calling to confirm the reservation. This thoughtful touch was really appreciated. We opted for the additional caviar and it may have been the most delicious thing we ate that evening. The food was some of the finest food we’ve had in dc regardless of whether it was plant based or not. Every dish was beautifully plated which only accented the prominent flavors on display in each dish. I complimented Elizabeth on her Kale chips and she even told me I could email her for the recipe! AND She sent me home with a bag. Ive been on a run of going to prixe fixe meals lately that have been impressive in design but left me with this feeling of being trapped and wanting out of the restaurant with an extended dining time. I didn’t have that feeling at all at EGR. From the front staff, the bartender, our servers and Elizabeth everyone was professional and contributed to a lovely experience. It was money well spent. I don’t know if ever ever left a review but felt compelled to comment on our great time. Thank you
