Now I don't throw this title around lightly, Bub and Pop's served me the best sandwich I have had all year.

Easily the best sandwiches in DCMy favorite sandwich is the fried chicken cutlet hoagie -- delicious! The desserts are also tasty.

The roast beef sandwich was good but not spectacular. I'd choose a different, warm sandwich next time. Just be aware that warm orders will take a while to be ready. Also know that this place is very busy at lunch time. I went there around noon on aTuesday, and there were over 10 people waiting outside to pick their orders up, regardless of how cold it was. And FYI thereare some tables and chairs outside, but no indoor seating (at least when I was there. I'd suggest that you order online and beready to wait a little bit to get called at the pickup window.

Average at best. Ordered the most popular 3 sandwiches to share with friends. I don?t get all those crazy good reviews while there?re so much better sandwich places in DC?
