Cafe Chocolat has quickly become my new go-to coffee shop. Unlike most coffee shops that are cluttered and chaotic, Cafe Chocolat is sleek, modern, and calming - just as a coffee shop should be. The quality of both the coffee and chocolate is top-notch, and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend this place to everyone, whether you're a coffee lover or not, as there is a wide variety of delicious chocolates to choose from.

While I was in DC, someone suggested this spot to me. My friend and I stopped by for coffee and hot chocolate, and we had an excellent time. The service was flawless, and the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend this hidden gem in the Metro Center area on H Street.

I tried the hot white chocolate and was impressed by how flavorful it was. The texture was excellent and the hint of spice used to balance the richness was just right. A discerning food enthusiast like myself will appreciate this restaurant for their attention to detail.

This place is so rare in DC, especially in this neighborhood! mom and pop style place with delicious la colombe coffee and artisanal chocolates. the staff is so nice and they remember your order. such a welcome feeling in comparison to the sterile, mass-produced environments of the surrounding coffee shops. plus, it's TWO DOLLARS for a drip coffee. you can't get that anywhere. oh, and they have a frequent buyer rewards program. GO HERE.
