They messed up my order. Didn't give me fries and put the cheese from the cheese fries on my hotdog

It feels like a time capsule eating here. You definitely feel the history. Great place to try as a tourist! Highly recommend the experience!Food though is just 4 stars. You can definitely still improve the taste with a little more salt but it’s not bad by any standard.Go experience it even just once!

Ordered the vegan chilli vegan burger, it was delicious! Atmosphere was inviting as well. Will be coming back DC ?

What an amazing piece of history, Ben’s has truly been through it all! Lovely atmosphere, great staff and fantastic vanilla milkshakes. Will definitely be bringing the wife and kids back here one day. Perfection.

We got a table for drinks and we were told that the table limit was 1 hour and 30 minutes. We ordered drinks and were told 30 minutes after we sat down “we thought yall were ordering food so if yall arent eating yall gotta go” we had purchased alcohol. The manager was incredibly rude. Our server was amazing thank you. We will not be returning here due to how we were treated by management.
