Cold Stone Creamery - Washington

Well, cold stone to me is always on point. their ice cream is the best. This outlet wasn't crowded at all and service was quick and prompt.

I know the standard for coldstone is good customer care but this branch takes it up a notch

It's Coldstone... My peeps developed a love for chocolate milkshakes from here so I find myself visiting here more often than I should in recent times. Somehow I still feel they can do a lot better considering the price tag... Clients should not feel cheated when leaving. This is the way i would usually feel after visiting their stores and why it was easy to take a longgggg break from them. An alternative is to use their app for orders. You are likely to get a deal and save some money. Only issue is they don't always have delivery riders available... You also can't pay until the item gets to you...

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible and unhygienic staff. The guy was touching his ear with his dirty gloves that he wanted to use to touch my waffle. Rude staff, were both complaining in Yoruba about me being dissatisfied with their services. Disgusting. Won’t return.

It's upstairs as in most branches too as Dominos Pizza. Enough seats comfy enough for different age categories as you eat in or wait for your cream to get done. A lot of flavours to choose from and different extras toppings on different sizes of cones for cups with covers. Costly though and not that quick attendance if there are lots of customers at a time.
