The Union and Washington branches of this restaurant have serious issues in management. The owner should be contacted immediately to address the state of these locations. The identity of the owner is not readily available. The district manager, Lucy, should be dismissed due to poor judgment, leadership, decision making, impulsiveness, conflict resolution, communication, and overall lack of care for her role. The management is disgraceful and should be ashamed of their actions, as they nearly put a family in need in a desperate situation. If the owner is reading this, I am available for further information.

One of your staff members nearly collided with my car in the parking lot, appearing to be in a rush. When I honked, he then waited for me on the main road just to make a rude gesture. This behavior was extremely unprofessional.

The restaurant is just okay, not amazing. I have experienced several instances of receiving the wrong bread or missing toppings when placing online orders. Paying around $10 for a sandwich feels like too much considering the quality of the ingredients.

They were very busy. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. The Boss is a really good sandwich!

They always make me happy there always good rated4 stars cause some stores put less stuff then others but my last stop at Washington mo. Was great!!!!!
