Mcdonald's - Washington

We dined indoors and had a table marker, but they ended up serving us at the counter so we had to retrieve it ourselves. Our sauces were forgotten, and we had to ask for them. When we did, the staff were unapologetic and disinterested. Additionally, my burger had condiments on it even though I didn't request any. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor customer service and lack of attention to detail.

I would prefer not to give any stars at all. My wife was encouraged to order food from a kiosk instead of being helped by a server. 90% of the tables were dirty and remained untouched. The atmosphere was messy and not up to par with expectations. There were no napkins available. My best advice is to avoid this McDonald's as they show no respect for their customers. The prices are too high for such poor quality food.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow. The order was picked up at __:__, but it was not ready for over 10 minutes. I ended up waiting for more than 15 minutes, almost 20, with literally no other person in the lobby. There were very few excuses given for the delay. The lobby was clean and the staff was somewhat friendly, but the slow service was a major disappointment. This review is based solely on my experience as a DoorDash driver and will focus on friendliness, cleanliness, and speediness.

When she hunger and fast service is it the place to go I loved it

Ordered a big Mac meal. When I opened Big Mac you could see the bread was flaking off. I bit into it and bottom roll was hard as a rock. I brought it back to cashier and he showed manager. He had a new sandwich made. The top of the box on this sandwich said double checked! I bit into this sandwich and there was no cheese! I brought it back to manager and told him. He took sandwich into back and threw a piece of cheese on for me. Ruined my meal!
