Fazoli's - Washington

I absolutely loved the breadsticks! The service was excellent, portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted delicious!

This has always been one of my boyfriend's and my favorite dinner spots! The atmosphere is great, although it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked; I understand that it can get messy sometimes. However, it took about 30 minutes for someone to clean off two tables after the previous customers left, which didn't look great. Additionally, the lady who took our order was rather curt and didn’t greet us warmly, which was unexpected. Overall, we're still planning to return! As someone who works in hospitality, I always hope for positive interactions with staff. A simple greeting, like "Hello, how are you today?" can really brighten someone's day!

The service was extremely fast. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Springfield, MO.

The food was excellent. And on this particular day the manager and staff on duty with the customer service i received was excellent as well. I give them 5 stars.

Food was good, prices very good, service was very good,and very clean. Makes expensive restaurants look bad. ????????
