Dc Noodles (fka Simply Home)

Dc noodles is just one of my favorite restaurants in dc. they have comforting noodle dishes like pad thai, drunk noodles, and red curry that all highlight favorites. the service is fast and responsive. the drinks are perfectly inexpensive in the happy hour of 17 o'clock, and the mojito is from this world. they do both mild and spicy dishes well, and they can be prepared everything on another spicy level if they want. it is quite quiet, even if it is packed, so it is a great place to take a date or their parents if they want a talk and a good meal. the midday prices are also super reasonable, and the take-out is fast. I can't recommend this place enough.

This is one of my favorite spots in DC. The food has been excellent every time and the menu gets updated for the season so there is always something new to try!

DC Noodles has a pretty short menu which allows them to focus on making damn good noodles. Our party of five tried a little of everything: curry, drunken noodles, pad thai, dumplings, brussel sprouts and more, and it was all great. Service was impeccable. Didn't get the salmon cuz it's farm raised kinda disappointing, but I'll get over it. Only complaint is the uncomfortable seating. Backless wooden benches at this price point? Let's leave the picnic tables for parks and make guests comfortable. This is America, not a refugee camp.

Great restaurant. quiet and great service. Love the casual atmosphere but service was 5 star. will visit again. Perfect for family dinner as prices are great, also nice atmosphere for a date

It was most enjoyable except for the noise level. WAY too loud.
