Corner Bakery - Washington

The Corner Bakery is not what it used to be. The portions are significantly smaller, and the prices have gone up, which isn't surprising in today's economy. However, the quality and preparation have really declined as well. Everything seems hastily put together, and I often find that parts of my order are missing. The menu has changed considerably since they first opened years ago at this location.

We enjoyed a delightful breakfast at the Corner Bakery. The menu is quite extensive, offering a variety of options, and there are plenty of seating arrangements available. Our food was served promptly; we ordered a delicious dish that featured crispy bacon, eggs, and spinach, which made for a healthy and tasty breakfast. The coffee was also enjoyable, and the corner location provided a great vantage point for people-watching.

A disappointing dining experience. I waited about 25 minutes in line for a spinach avocado wrap, and when I finally received my food five minutes after placing my order, it was already cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted, which is a major letdown for me. Additionally, there was a piece of avocado just tossed on the side of the wrap. This was my first and, regrettably, last time spending my money there. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time – you can find better food elsewhere! The meal and the entire experience were a complete letdown. If I hadn’t been in a hurry, I would have asked for a refund, but I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for that.

Overall this place is good. green that were used in the food, could have been fresh and service could have been faster. but the place was full with its variable tourist crowd.

Food is just “okay”. The pictures look great, but the meal you have delivered to the table comes on a paper plate and looks like the McDonald’s version of the food. Eggs from eggbeaters (not actual eggs), French toast that is made off-site and warmed up in a microwave, bland coffee.
