Bob Evans - Washington

None of our food was hot, I ordered loaded French fries and they literally came out cold with the cheese wasn't even melted. Not a good place to eat.

I just want to say that my last visit was a small problem. But after bringing it to the attention of management, they did everything to correct and make this experience great.I'm am grateful for the response given and the service received. We love Bob Evans for times we want good home cooked food but life is too busy.

The food is always great. The service is as well. I especially love their breakfast including the double blueberry pancakes and biscuits and gravy. The brown gravy is delicious!

Had brunch with my family a few days ago. Never been to a Bob Evans before until now. I had a BLT sandwich. While it was pretty good, I felt like the bun was toasted a little too much. Maybe it was just the kind of bread that was used, I don't really know. It tasted great still. Maybe if it were on sourdough bread, I think it'd be better then.Place was clean and staff were friendly and professional.Overall, great experience!
