Half Pint Brewing Company - Waseca

I really like the atmosphere of this hidden in the country brewery, it is on a couple gravel roads to get there, but just a few miles, the beers themselves which we only tried two were okay, I was a ALL-Grain home brewer for over ten years and beers taste similar to my efforts. My wife had a Grapefruit IPA not a lot of bitterness, maybe to keep surrounding population happy? I had October Fest and the color was about 2-3 shades too light and beer had a sweet finish (supposed to be crisp)? Not true Fest beer. All in all not bad, not great. If your out in the Waseca Minnesota area and thirsty it's a place for a quick one

Wonderful beer! I sampled most of the menu and really enjoyed every brew. Even the IPAs on tap were pretty mild and easy to drink.Update: forgot to mention the popcorn machine. I LOVE popcorn!

Love this place! Great beers and pizza. Worth the 4 miles on a dry gravel road to get here. Plenty of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff too.

Good fun to sample the local beer and order pizza (from one of two local pizzarias) on a Friday or Saturday evening! We had the beer flight so that we could taste everything on tap and especially enjoyed the amber, winter beer, and porter. The pizzas fromPizza Ranch were huge, and tasty.

What a gem, how can you beat great beer and excellent pizza delivered from the pizza farm in a scenic country setting. Great service, cozy atmosphere. Absolutely loved it, thanks!
