Crown Of Punjab - Warwick

I had a delightful experience at this charming Indian restaurant located inside the Warwick Grand Cinema complex. I enjoyed a satisfying and delicious dinner before catching a midweek movie.

Located in the Grand Cinema complex, we have dined here 4 or 5 times over the last few months. It's both licenced and BYO. We are always greeted with a smile when we arrive, and the waitress is happy to take the time to explain the meals or offer recommendations. The food is always beautiful and the beers cold (the Lamb Rogan Josh was excellent). The curry's come out in small silver pots and look small - but they are not. We often have leftovers which they happily package up and one of us takes for a work lunch.

I love coming here before or after seeing a movie. I have found the food to be authentic and of a high standard. It is good quality and not too pricey. They have some good meal combo deals to choose from.

We went for the $50 set meal for two and we were certainly not disappointed. The young lady serving was polite, friendly and helpful, although a little rushed off her feet. Having said that, everyone received the same high level of service. The food was more than plentiful but more importantly very tasty. These were certainly some of the best flavoured Indian dishes we have tasted in Perth. Great food, great service, great value.

We arrived on Sat for 6, had a great meal, service excellent, price good, shame about corkage, they do it free in the chinese down stairs but your choice.
