Nice bagels, friendly staff. Tables should be cleaned down regularly, dirty sitting down, trays left for 30 mins on departed tables while we were here. Staff chatting between themselves, less chat more cleaning, I'll come back and 5 star up, god bless

Not pleasant seeing flies land all over the bagels and desserts. I don't understand why there's not a case cover over the food to prevent that from happening so, it's pretty off putting. Bagel was mediocre. Service was friendly. It's just the fly situation that needs sorting out BIG TIME.

Went on a Saturday morning. Six very young women behind the counter. One of them on the till. The other five chatting, dancing, checking their phones. Noticed five or six people waiting, several looking very fed up. Two of the young women seemed to be making up bagels but generally messing about at the same time so that very little was getting done. The older woman on the till looked completely fed up. Waited, waited and waited for our order. Another customer went to the counter and asked how much longer, at which point orders started to be delivered. Unfortunately my bagel The Hot Reuben £11.50) was nowhere near as good as previous occasions very strangely there was a huge amount of meat and hardly any pickle, gherkin or sauce so it was basically hot meat and very cold bagel. The balance was completely wrong and it was obvious that whoever was doing the bagels hadn’t really got a clue and/or was not paying attention. Disappointing because they used to be really good. If I was running the place three of those women would not be there and they would all trained on basic customer service, making up bagels and professional standards. Especially as they are giving away a lot of meat because they are not balancing it with the other ingredients.

Had the VLT and Caprese. Both tasty. Good service. A bit overpriced.

Not the cheapest place to pick up a sandwich, but you pay for what you get and the Quality is very much there. Based on the price and the perceived quality of the rest of the ingredients they should probably take a look at The sausages they use as they were disappointing, but everything else was top-notch. Would highly recommend
