We have just had a takeaway and I've got to say, the curry was absolutely delicious chicken tikka pathia, moisture chicken and lovely sauce. Really enjoyed that. But the rest was a let down. I ordered a japati which was wholemeal and so dry it was inedible. The mint yoghurt sauce is like water and has zero flavour. And the mango chutney was cleverly disguised as some sort of red gloopy syrup. Not a mango taste in sight and was pretty gross. Lime pickle was tasty. We probably won't be back based on those things. The good Indian eaterys don't water or skimp on their sauces. Improve that and we'd definitely come back.
The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend checking out this restaurant. If you want value for your money, you must eat here!
The restaurant is located in a lovely historic building. The bbq plate I ordered was nicely arranged with a variety of chicken, shrimp, and beef. The naan bread served on the table was quite large. Alongside, a small cup of pilau rice was provided, and although the cup of ice cream was frozen solid, it was delicious. The servers seemed a bit grumpy and rushed us to place our orders. Despite that, the dinner was flavorful and satisfying. I would definitely visit again.
OK curry, but was very red as a previous reviewer wrote. No vegetables in the biryani sauce that we could see. Good value for money, and a comfortable restaurant.
Dear team I don’t know if you are going to provide me a solution or it’s just gonna be ignored like Uber eats did. So, this may go as a feedback or a complaint depends on how the owners respond. We had ordered cheese keema naan , Reshmi kebabs and some more items via Uber eats on Sunday. The keema that was delivered was without cheese and secondly keema naan was of red color !! Who on earth provides keema naan and Reshmi kebab as red color?? This May be how you guys offer but there was no description of any beet root coloring agent in the menu. Even kebabs were offered with an omlette, red in color and it wasn’t chicken for sure!! For us , it was like did we receive wrong order!! Because among all the items these 2 were disappointing big time. Anyways we approached Uber eats and they merely closed the concern by responding to contact the merchant. It’s been 4 days and there’s no response from merchant either It simply showed how Uber is incapable of resolving customer grievances and not bothered about customer using back their service. And same goes for merchant.
