Bidrage med feedbackAwesome customer service...then it's not. The newness has gone away. The people working the window were very nice but....the consistency sucks. The food prepping quality has gone down hill since this place has opened. Went last night after not being forawhile because of another bad incident. Got our food and all five hard shell tacos were pretty much a taco salad. Two of thetacos were completely wrong and barely had any ingredients. This is on me for going back this time, but I definitely won't worryabout that anymore.
Ordered on the app for pick up at the Drive Thru. When we got there, the woman said to pull around. We waited for at least 15 minutes until an employee walked by laughing said ?y?all can go in.? There was our food and drinks sitting. I grabbed it andthen realized the sauces were all missing. So I had to go back and get them. I have no probably going inside to get my food butit would have been nice to have been told at the drive thru that they weren?t going to bring it out when it was ready and Ineeded to come in and get it. I?m use to pulling around while it?s being made so I don?t hold up the line, but not pullingaround and then going inside and waiting for it. I?m frustrated that we wasted our time waiting for our food while it wassitting there getting cold on the counter.
By far the worst taco bell i have ever gone to. Consistent cold food. Consistent bad service. Close down already obviously the owner doesnt care the stadd doesnt care.
Probably the worst tasting Taco Bell I have ever tried. Food was cold and potatoes tasted like they?d been sitting there all day.
They force you to order from a kiosk touchscreen. I hope this isn 't the future. We should always have the option of ordering from a person that can help with the order. The ladies bathroom was out of order and they had a sign apologizing for the "broke "soap dispenser. How are the employees washing their hands? Staff was nice, but management needs to do something.
