Palette, An American Eatery - Warsaw

We celebrated Valentine's Day at this restaurant, marking our first visit. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning!

For breakfast, I opted for a half portion of biscuits and gravy, along with two sides of sausage, while my wife ordered the spinach and mushroom omelet. The half order of biscuits and gravy came with three biscuits, and the gravy was filled with sausage bits, though I wished for more, so I ordered additional sausage patties. I also got a side of gravy, which was so good that I cleaned my plate. My wife’s omelet was excellent and appeared to be made with three eggs, making for a very generous serving. It came with hash browns, which filled half the plate. The service during both meals was quick, helpful, and very friendly. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. If you're looking for a hearty meal and have a big appetite, I highly recommend dining at this place when you’re in Warsaw, IN!
