Mcdonald's - Warsaw

I went through the drive-thru, and both employees at the windows were quite rude. I requested a clean soda cup since it was sticky with soda, and the young man wiped it off very reluctantly. When I asked for napkins, he shot us a dirty look and only gave us three napkins for four people, including two kids. Once we got back on the road, we discovered that the fries were cold and unappetizing. We were returning home from vacation and didn't want to turn back, as we were eager to get home after a long three-hour drive.

We stopped there again on our way home from the lake, and unfortunately, it was the second consecutive time they messed up our order. Since we have an RV and are towing a boat, we had to park in the back. During our first visit, they forgot to give us all the fries we ordered, and we had to go back inside. This time, they didn’t include our freezy, so I had to go in to get it. To make matters worse, my grandson’s Happy Meal was missing the Go-Gurt (which is part of the meal, after all!), so I had to go back in again. Additionally, they also forgot to give us the BBQ sauce and mayo packs we asked for, even though everything was listed on the receipt. You’d think they would do better, especially with so many lake visitors stopping by.

On our way home from the beach, we decided to stop by this restaurant again, and unfortunately, we encountered more issues with our order. We had to park in the back because we have an RV and are towing a boat. The first time we visited, they forgot part of our order, so we had to start over. This time, they didn’t give us the drinks we ordered, so I had to go inside to get them. When I did, I noticed that my meal was missing the go belt, which is a crucial part of the order. I had to go back inside to sort it out, and the staff didn't even recognize us. We also requested BBQ sauce and mayo packets, which were supposed to be included, but they were missing as well. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience.
