Bubba B's Ice Creamery - Warsaw

We go there often and the staff is very friendly. They have plenty of flavors to close from,and they are all good. The milkshakes are always the perfect consistency too. I definitely recommend it!!

They served breakfast for a bit and it was nice to have breakfast available prior to 7 AM. The biscuits and gravy was great and the portions plenty, but I think it wasn't worth it for them. They serve Hershey's hard serve and even off season are stocked and ready to go. The scoops are hearty and you won't leave hungry.

I got a cake cone with the coffee chip and banana pudding ice cream. The ice creams were amazing. The service was less than desirable. I did not feel welcome or comfortable by the young lady behind the counter. She said hi then I asked her how she was doing today then I stood there in silence looking at the flavors while she looked at her phone. She did scoop the ice cream in the most perfect way, so....I just hope she cheers up bcuz the lack of warmth personality left the transaction quite cold. A small town ice cream place should have a warm welcoming feel it should be a place where the community wants to come to gather but it felt more like I was interrupting her and this was just a crappy transaction so she could make it through the day to get her paycheck. I'll give it one more try.

I went for my first visit and was definitely disappointed!!!! I ordered two banana splits. The first problem was I substituted my toppings on my splits and was charged extra even though I did an even swap of toppings that they have listed as toppings they offer. Then when I asked why the price was so high, the young lady was very rude in how she answered my question and from that point on, she was simply MS. ATTITUDE!!!! When she finished making the splits, she plops and entire banana on a BANANA SPLIT!!!! So what happened to SPLITTING THE BANANA, hence the name BANANA SPLIT!!!! So, if everything else wasn't already enough, I had these to go and they had nothing to cover them with. I had to drive home, 15 minutes holding one in my hand as it's dripping and assuring that the other one didn't turn over. Her treatment towards me was so appalling other customers left and said OH NO, SHE WONT SERVE ME and took their business elsewhere. This business is too new to start this way with your customers. You can't stay in business if you don't have customers. I'll take the drive to Tappahannock and support Better Than A Great Day, since they are ALWAYS AWESOME!!!!!! They will never see me again at BUBBA B's!!!!!!

I've been here several times since it opened. Each time the ice cream is consistently first rate as well as the friendliness of the service there. One time we went in after a large group of teens had been in and trashed the dining area a little. The owner was quickly cleaning up and mopping the floor. He said what happened and apologized but never bashed the teens at all. I think they will do well in Warsaw. Tonight we went and business seemed steady. Great job!!
