Bidrage med feedbackWas a walk through the shopping center in the city center and came across the So-An sushi club. the service was pretty good, the server was polite and friendly and eating was also amazing. had the cocosnuss curry noodle suppe and it was divine, and of course I had to order sushi. everything came fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend So-An if they were in the mood for Japanese.
Absolutelynie fantastyczne miejsce! doskonale jedzenie i ta nieziemska atmosfera. zabrałam tam całą rodzinę; troje dzieci, mamę, partnera. każdy znalazł coś dla siebie, wszyscy są zauroczeni miejscem, obsługą i nieziemsko pyszną kuchnią gdyby never caught, że od So-An dzieli mnie 170 km, odwiedzalabym bardzo często.
Wesoło i miło.
Najlepsze sushi na świecie, cudowna obsługa, wszystko jak najbardziej na plus. Polecam gorąco!
I am an American who grew up around san francisco, in which love to eat Japanese - thanks to countless wonderful options and extremely hospitable Japanese Next Door neighbors, who moved in when I was only 5. for some time I live in st. petersburg, russia. the few self-proclaimed Japanese restaurants that exist in st. petersburg are chain restaurants that make almost exclusively “роллы” (roll). half such rolls are actually covered with the so-called “сырный соус” and then baked. an example list of ingredients for one of these rolls could read: grilled chicken, mayonnaise, iceberg salad and cream cheese; or imitation crab, plastered ginger, mush and cream cheese. By the way, the type of “rolls” are typically also provided at most pizza places in the city (at the same quality level). wakame is also not difficult to come, but it is always preposterously oversweet and made without sesame seeds or sesame oil. Sushi rice is also rarely cooked in petersburg, and in any case is not treated with sugar and vinegar. to say that I've longed for real Japanese food for months. as such, when I saw a nice and even a kind of authentic looking Japanese restaurant while in the vacation in washold, I could not resist and I was not disappointed. the restaurant has an Omakase menu, which means that they can specify their waiter, how many pieces nigiri they want and the cook will be that many are based for you, in principle, from which fish are the freshest and the garnishing are appropriate for it. I have the four piece, whose photo is attracted. it was delicious, fresh, beautifully arranged and tastefully creatiw. I also have and recommend the wakame here. it had a perfect balance of sweet, smoky and meerweed aromen - also the greens themselves were fresh and crisp. the miso suppe is not phenomenal but certainly worth getting when it is one of its favorites. the personal is friendly, fast, attentive and speak great English. the place is cozy, clean and well furnished. the height of the seats is ideal with respect to the height of the tables - if that means something for them. in the ability of one closer, here is another great experience I had here. my favorite session beer is since the jugend asahi. years spent loving that beer gave me some emotional attachment to him- and I was long without it in Russia. on the beverage menu here all that was listed was “Japanese beer 333ml.” my first question to the waiter when he took my order was whether the beer asahi was. it was, and for me it had never tasted so delicious. that is a special place.
