Ichiban Japanese Cuisine - Warrnambool

Just ordered from Ichiban not too long ago. Always great customer service, and even got two free sushi rolls with my online order. Love the fact that Ichiban offers online orders and delivery, as not enough places do that. I haven't had a bad experience yet, and I order from here quite often. Both the delivery staff and front of house are some of the most polite people that I've met from Warrnambool restaurants. The fact that the staff think of the little things like remembering to ask you if you enjoyed an order that you placed several days before, even when it was the first time that you had ever visited them and other little things like that really makes a difference in customer satisfaction and the likelihood of repeat business. Hopefully I remember to get the lemon tea next time that I go in person, because I've been wanting to try it and keep forgetting to order it!

Sushi was fresh and delicious. My favourite was the Cereal Chicken from the hot food area. Staff where very nice!
