Domino's Pizza Haydock - Warrington

Ordered pizzas wedges and cookies. Took 65mins to come. My daughter pizza was burnt cold and her cookies the same. Rang up to complain and they told me they would send some more. And it would take 20 mins and to give the old pizza back to driver. After waiting another hour I rang again and they said it’s on its way. After 20 more minutes I rang again to be told by a woman called (Ashley) on the phone that if I don’t talk to her in the right manner she will cancel my order!!! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me they no pizza was sent out and they he will send one out so in all. The pizza took over 2 hours and my little one had fell asleep My little girl is autistic and was so upset that she was not getting her pizza. Am so upset about this that I will be taking it further!! I will never order from the haydock branch again !!!

Not up to usual standard on 16/7/22. Chicken was dry and didn’t appear freshly made. Mushrooms dry and too much tomatoe base.

To add to our disappointment, one of the garlic breads we ordered had no tomato base, only a small amount of cheese, and was flavorless. The potato wedges were extremely hard and inedible, and the pepperoni pizza tasted burnt. Out of our £38 order, we could salvage only one pizza and one garlic bread. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.

The delivery driver, Sean I believe, was exceptionally friendly and polite, which truly brightened my day. The delivery was fast and the food was delicious.

I have used this place for a few years. When Covid hit they gave free pizza to NHS staff which was highly commendable. I understood that they were extra busy and excepted the slight drop in the standard of pizza. Problem is it's never improved and in fact is getting worse. The last one I had looked like it had been thrown together by a 3 year old. I wont be going back.
