This position is the slowest tb I have ever experienced and they are “system” is very often so that no one order food. to have faster service and no “system” errors, I have placed an online order. After waiting for 14 minutes in the outside line, I came to the occupant and the system was down. Even when ordering online, I could not pick up my food and had to pay a refund.
They were really busy with not much personal on the 4th juli, but the way they treated the waiting period was so professional was about nice. the type in the window has always apologised, giving an additional drink for the waiting period.
I just went through the ride in the taco bell in warrensburg. I ordered a nacho bellgrande and 2 crisp taco premiums. at the rednerin they told me that the sum was $12.28 and asked if I wanted to take care of a stipendium. I said no thanks. When I came into the window to get my food, she told me it was $13.00 even. I asked why and she said that they did not want to complete me, I said already that the person my order nr. take. then it became very rude. Why are almost food places asking themselves if they want to turn around?! they didn't even really say what it was for. When we came home, it was wrong to eat. I tried to call, but the phone just arranged and then when it answered it asked for their remote access code?! I didn't even get a reception so I could call another office or something! what happened to the customer service. they cannot even let someone know what was wrong with their order, so they know to pay more attention to future accusations.
Michele and Kendra were awesome! They took my order, were both very friendly, and I had fast service too!
