Ribcrib Bbq - Warrensburg

The restaurant was very hot. The tables were sticky. The food did not come out hot, nor did it come out all together. We had to wait over 30 mins to receive all of the tables food. Even if the food came out hot the bbq was mediocre. They had no kid menu’s. They were out of toilet paper in the girls bathroom. There was ranch dressing that had dripped from the pick up counter out into the main dining area that had not been mopped up.I do not recommend this place.

I brought a colleague here today for lunch. His suggestion.The restaurant wasn't that busy so we were seated right away and had plenty of attention from our server. Our food came out quickly and Wow, this bbq is the bomb!Then, on top of that, Karl, the GM came around to talk to us to find out how everything is. Then he really sells the place talking about all the different specials they have and such. And if that wasn't enough, he brought us both another bbq rib, fresh off the smoker, to munch on. Great experience. Definitely will be back!

Sad. I was really looking forward to a great meal. Rib crib didn 't have turkey, brisket, or RIBS! Waited almost an hour for chicken tenders and when they came out they were raw. The manager was kind enough to comp our meal that we couldn 't eat and assured us he would get on to his cooks about their mistakes. Maybe if he would lend a hand instead of yelling at them the chicken wouldn 't take an hour to show up?

The food is always very good, but we haven't really had the best service, orders forgotten or the wrong food order brought out. Staff and service was kind, but it was not timely, and there was maybe one other group there besides ours . Which was 6 people.
