Bidrage med feedbackI hadn't been to Starbucks in about 5 years due to cost and proximity to work. There store changed. Very minimalist in decor, not as spotless as it used to be. There used to be a condiment bar with vanilla powder, cinammon, and various sweetners and stirrers. All gone. They no longer have any of them available. It was messy and since there were only 2 employees and maybe 5 patrons sitting at tables I felt it wasn't worth the$6.66 I paid for a latte.
Pretty much $5 for ice. This is a freaking joke. Ive been to other Starbucks locations and they dont put nearly this much ice.
Friendly and efficient staff... They answered my questions nicely and my croissant was getting ready at the same time I was ordering I requested my drink incorrectly and I noticed a few minutes later, so the cashier fixed it in a second with a friendly smile.Thank you guys ?
Friendly staff, nice small location.Wished there were more outlets as the one I sat above wasn’t working so had to switch to another spot.The Pistachio cold brew is pretty good.
I’m truly disgusted with my experience at this location today. My sister and I ordered iced teas this morning and they had some trace of flavoring with nuts in both of them. (WE BOTH HAVE A NUT ALLERGY) Upon realizing this, we immediately called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The manager Oksana immediately began arguing with us, saying “there no way this is possible.” Rather than being sympathetic and apologetic as we were currently having an allergic reaction and I explained this to her. She didn’t take the severity to the situation and simply replied back stating “well maybe you just didn’t like the drink”. I come to the store over 3 to 4 times a week, and have never experienced this before. The baristas are great and always make our drinks right I understand accidents happen. However, the that the manager is Oksana “handled” this issue disgusting.
