I ordered the BBQ Chicken Mac and my wife ordered MontAmore Parmisain crusted chicken Alfredo. Put 4 very small chunks of chicken in hers. Then in mine barely put any chicken an the chicken that was in mine was rubbery,old,over cooked. Barely any jalapeño crisps and the Mac an cheese was watery. Usually it's way better then this. One of the young ladies gave my wife some extra chicken to help but what stopped me from saying anything was the staff cooking the food in the back was complaining about making food over again.

Get what you pay for. They use the same noodles and tortellini as Fazoli's but they cook them a little better.Honestly the Japan Udon Pan Noodles were horrible. They didn't wok the noodles long enough to give them they're color and flavor.The Garlic Tortellini with Parm Chicken is probably the best thing on their menu. But the garlic sauce they use is really watery. I think it's because the spinach they use isn't drained after they cook it up so you get all this spinach juice in your garlic cream sauce.Their Parm Crusted Chicken is hit or miss most of the time the Chicken is juicy tender and has a nice Parm crust. Nut sometimes you'll get chunky tendon filled Chicken that's not able to be chewed.At the End of the day it's still better than fazoli's around the exact same price.But nothing to write home about

First time eating here. Both food and service were excellent. I will definitely go back.

I love love love their salads! They are always fresh and most definitely worth the ride there a few times a week!!!!

I usually order the same thing but they were out of it. So I tried chicken Parm and honestly wasn't to great. Lacked flavor for my taste. But awesome customer service!
