Mcdonald's - Warren Park

Hi, I came to this McDonald in different occasions and I never had this issue. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no ketchup, no mustard and add Mc sauce. However, i had to deal with whoever attitude was at the drive thru! Make repeat multiple times for a code that I asked to get discounts. I didn’t get the discount!!!! And I have the proof! Eating at McDonald should not be an unpleasant experience! It’s simple and super smooth! No need to add everyone attitude just cause you all work there!Also! The cashier who took my order! Fake that she add the code and didn’t add it and also had an attitude as well.Whoever is the manager here! Please gather you team together and train them for costumer service and some manners!This whole situation was so unnecessary!

I keep going to this location hoping things get better, but they never do. Not sure what the issue is, but I always have issues at this location. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all!!! They need some type of intervention because it’s unacceptable.

OMG today my sausage egg McMuffin hash own and coffee were perfect my food was delicious and the coffee was soooooo good, thanks for making my morning start off with a smile .Great staff and speakers were clear and the lot was nice and clean.keep up the good work

Just another average McDonald's.Dietary restrictions: You have to look for them. My wife says that they have good salad and I believe a egg mcMuffin is 300 calories.Kid-friendliness: Have kids meals.Wheelchair accessibility: They have Wheelchair parking, doors, and restrooms.

Always fast and food is always fresh and ready to go. Sometimes I wish the younger crowd that works in the evening/night would take their job more serious.
