White Castle - Warren

Recently visited this location. I was greeted by a friendly staff and received the fastest service, plus the freshest White Castle food I’ve ever experienced! Fantastic!!!

Extremely fast picking up, hot and I feel like I don't need to explain. white castle has been aroma for decades and still has the same taste and some new items and mass actions.

Unfortunately, we've lost all white castles in Cleveland, Ohio!When we travel south of the LAND or into Michigan, bet that were stopping to get some. We've stopped in Detroit and now today at this location. I swear though, they must know when we place our order that we're seasoned, cause we've gotten great service and exceptional food when in Michigan! The guy that took our order and handed me the food today was awesome! Definitely hooked us up with the right amount of sauces and the food was hot hot hot !

Environment needs a little cleaning in and outside of the building. Hospitality was alright. Food was okay, had the 1921 Sliders with there onion chips. Nothing special, good for if your by one and working in the area and need something in your system. Truly don't recommend any other food besides there 1921 slider and there doubles and onion chips for sides. Everything else is not worth money due to blandness or size.

No stars and using the Postmates app was the WORST experience ever. A full 1/3 of my order was missing and I tried for over Three hours to resolve the issue. This was a $45.39 order at White Castle for 5 people and mostly sliders I 'm the old days it would have been much more reasonable but that is another issue. so Postmates took my money and had a third of the order missing at pick up, and the very next version counter lady said there Shake machine was out of order. So how do I get a refund on what was charged to my card? I was missing, a medium chocolate shake, a crisply chicken slider and 5 1931 sliders and I 'm very disappointed ! I 'm here at [hidden email] awaiting your response. Let 's see if White Castle really cares about there customers. And remember Postmates provides the ordering plate form and support for this store, that is very sad as we order alit through this and similar sites. Very Sad what has happened to customer service on our country.
