Sugarbush Condos - Warren

I gave this place two chances before deciding to write this review. The first time, the service was very slow. I assumed it was busy due to the holiday, but there were plenty of open tables and no waiting time, so there was no excuse for the delay. Our server showed no urgency, which seems to be common in this area. Our drinks were left unfilled all night. The person who brought us our food didn't even know which table it belonged to, mistakenly bringing it to two other tables before realizing it was ours. It was clear he didn't know what he was doing, and we hope he wasn't a manager. The second time...

The meal was enjoyable, but unfortunately, that's where the positives stop. The service was unimpressive, with a bad attitude from the waiter and a lack of knowledge about the menu. The food took an extremely long time to be prepared, leaving us waiting for an hour before it arrived.

The Grill is a hidden gem in the local area that many people forget about, as it only operates during the ski season on certain nights of the week. It is a popular stop for locals, offering good food and the opportunity to watch as it is prepared while enjoying one of the many microbrews available. The menu caters to a variety of tastes with nightly specials, making it worth a visit.

Only open on Saturday, could not try it.
