The cashier who takes payment in the drive-thru early in the morning is consistently quick, efficient, and friendly whenever I stop by on my way to work.
The restaurant has undergone a change in management and the service has drastically declined. We used to enjoy dining here, but now the quality has gone downhill. I will not be returning to this establishment. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any McDonald's worldwide. The poor customer service I experienced has been reported to the McDonald's company.
This does not know how to use its POS system. mcdonalds promotes the use of the app, however, to pay, 2 manager there is not know how to use the system to apply the card to datei. can they train their team?
They don 't honor their own coupons. I went here 7/15/22 @3pm. I had a coupon (I got from this location) 'Buy any large sandwich get 1 free ' We tried to order a double quarter pounder. The cashier had to get a code from her manager and when she did he told her that we couldn 't get the double quarter pounder. He was rude to her when he said it. Like she was bothering him. He said loud enough for us to hear that we could only get a single patty burger with our coupon. We left and went to another McDonald 's and they took the coupon with no issues. The manager put her code in there too. The staff was friendly and the food was great.
