The food regularly made DiBella's food, right. Somehow annoying that pick-up orders are not left on the pick-up shelf and if I and the other guy there went for pick-up to the front counters who work 2 people are chilling on their phones, not attention to the front counters. I don't care they're on the phone, but put the orders on the shelf. We don't have to talk. You can relax until the next order, but don't let us go to the opposite side of the store and wait until we notice it.

Every single time I've ordered here they get the order wrong. The kids that work there don't care and don't have good customer service. You're better off going to the one in Troy.

Been coming here for years now. Best subs in the area. Love the Philly steak. Perfect amount of meat and very fresh produce. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have ordered from the place a number of times and the best word I can use to describe them is inconsistent. Sometimes the orders are right, sometimes they are wrong. Often times they forget sides and drinks. Today I got a sub that was drenched in so much oil that it soaked through the paper of the sub and the sub bag. There was a bubble of it under the sandwich paper so whoever made the sub knowingly served slop to a customer. If you get them on a good day, they are the best subs around. If you get them on an off-day, you pay for nothing.
