Bidrage med feedbackThe drive was hectic but swift, and upon arrival, the restaurant was just as bustling. Fortunately, the line moved quickly. The staff behind the counter were well-organized and had an efficient system in place. They were all polite and helpful throughout the ordering process, which made the experience smooth. Britt, who was handling the register, was exceptionally friendly. Despite being the only one at the register and the line being around 12 customers deep, she took her time with each customer, ensuring they felt valued. She made great eye contact and always wore a smile. Although it was incredibly busy inside, the restaurant maintained a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
This team can be quite frustrating. Almost every morning, they manage to fill the lobby and create a long drive-thru line. Inside, you can really see how hard and quickly they work! My drink was always made correctly and consistently delicious. Despite being extremely busy most of the time, they don’t rush through orders and maintain a high level of accuracy, which is hard to come by!
I had a fantastic experience, and the customer service here is even better than at Chick-Fil-A. This location has been steadily growing and getting busier month by month. If you don't place your order in advance through the app, be prepared to wait about 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru line or inside the restaurant.
I never really go to dieucks, but now I have a reason. they have this drink that some people drink the naruto. it was really good, and I will often only stop for this drink.
Christan, Amanda, Jade, Sarah all of them are the best. They greet me with smiles and fresh refreshers. After my strokes they help me with my order not making me feel slow or awkward because my speech was off in the beginning. We are a big happy Starbucks family.
