Wow! Sofritos! I wish I could enjoy your food every day of the week in WR around the clock. The cuisine here is absolutely delightful. The empanadas and tostone sandwich are exceptional! I love that they come with French fries instead of rice because I always need potatoes in my life! The food is bursting with flavor, and even though the menu is limited, I could never get bored of it. The service is always friendly, and they really go above and beyond for a food truck! I adore Sofritos and will keep coming here with my friends and family!
