Krystal - Warner Robins

My second visit was much better than my first. On my initial trip, the customer service was rude, with short answers and a dismissive tone. However, today’s experience was significantly improved and more enjoyable. I recognized the same staff member by their voice, and I was pleased with the service I received this time around.

Excellent work! The food was perfectly cooked—neither burned nor dry. The service was prompt and efficient.

I love Krystal's! I tried to download the app for 50% my first purchase thru the app but couldn't get it to go thru and the guy at the drive thru didn't haven't a clue either. No help but the food was good.

No wait at drive thru at approx 800pm, however, an 8 to 10 minute wait ? for Krystal hamburgers was given. Also, no I-cee drinks or milkshakes available.? Employees were very pleasant, and apologetic. My order, which was correct, was delivered promptly when ready. ?

Nice people, great service and very clean restaurant! The people here actually act like they enjoy their job and don't mind working.
