Bidrage med feedbackDuring our hikes through the Müritz National Park we had already passed by the Seehotel Weit Meer twice, idyllicly situated on the runway between Binnenmüritz and Feisnecksee and just a kilometre from our hotel. We liked the menu on the hotel, so in the evening sunshine of the 22nd May the road “Am Seeufer” down there. The hotel is located directly on the Binnenmüritz. It is a larger, two-storey, coherent building complex, at the front of the street “Am Seeufer” the cultural pub Flomala, a café and restaurant, and at the back of the lakeside the hotel with Müritzrestaurant. The menus for the Flomala and for the Müritzrestaurant are identical. It is a wonderful early summer evening, so we are opening the Müritz restaurant with its lake terrace. And we're lucky: we'll get a free table on the lake terrace. It is a place that does not spread anything as a holiday mood, free view over the inland waterfront, warm evening sunshine and lukewarm wind. We like it very well on the lake terrace, and after a very successful kitchen performance, which is still to be told, we let the day end with the sunset sun in wine and beer. Sunset at the Binnenmüritz A young lady takes care of us on the terrace. She's kind, she's flashing humour and she's quick to serve us. She asks the food if everything is right and if it tasted. We hardly took a seat, she introduces us the menus and asks if we already had a drink request or wanted to look into the map. With me the drink is clear, but my wife wants to choose from the wines. We also need them because the offer makes the choice difficult. My dearest finally tends to fish, I finally want to have my sour meat, which I have not received before in the merchandise port authorship. And now that I have landed in the regional offer, the “Ragoût fin der DDR” attracts me as an appetizer. We congratulate the young lady with the order of extract from the menu for my wife and • mecklenburg Sauerfleisch, cooked in our kitchen itself, with roast potatoes and homemade Remoulade, with salad dress (11.90 € for me. The service lady has served me a bottle of Worcester sauce according to Dresdner Art. I like the sharp and spicy touch of this sauce very well at the “Ragoût fin der DDR”. That's how it can go on, and it goes on. The pike for my enthusiast comes to the table, a “poor pike”, as it will finally find. Hechtfilet mit Blattspinat und Bandnudeln The fish is not crispy fried, but still very tasty. He has solid “meat” that is well seasoned. The band noodles are swung in butter, my wife helps with pepper and salt a little. The spinach under the pike fillets is well seasoned and very hot. My wife briefly mixes the spinach under the band noodles and is very satisfied with her spicy “spine noodles” and the tasty fish. Will I be so happy with my sour meat? Mecklenburg Sauerfleisch, cooked in our kitchen itself, with roast potatoes and homemade remoulade, with salad dressing The sourd meat presents itself in a fallen pot shape on my plate. The Remoulade, which is served separately for sour meat, also has a fine taste, it goes through with me as “homemade”. After such a good and tasty meal, we need a liquid finish. We are still sitting for a while in the Binnenmüritz-Abendsonne holiday mood, still a forest rush, still a dip. We pay with EC card without charge and then send the kilometers back to our hotel in lukewarm summer night. We have nothing to do with cleanliness on the lake terrace. We haven't been to the bathroom or restaurant. We see price and performance in an excellent relationship. What the kitchen presented us is worth the money. A clear recommendation for the Müritzrestaurant! The performance convinced us.
