Dunkin' - Wappingers Falls

I ordered bacon, egg, and cheese wraps, but they were cold. I also asked for a hot regular coffee, but they gave me a flavored one instead. When I went back to get my coffee corrected, the hot coffee they provided still wasn't hot! The restaurant wasn't even busy at the time. I'm truly dissatisfied with the entire customer service experience.

Great coffee! However, they should definitely have a wider selection of donuts.

The app for the rewards program didn't function properly, so I wasn't able to earn my points!

The team members that greeted me I had no idea they actually worked at This location. Team members in basketball shorts and white shirts,No hats,No aprons no real anything that distinguished them from some random person. Was very odd.The coffee is always good but just felt odd with no sense of uniform here.
