Mizuno - Wantagh

Very intimate atmosphere. It is a small place, but the food was fantastic and was freshly prepared. Many appetizers also for people who don't like sushi. the edamame was great. Very healthy too! You have a wide range of options or you can go with the Bento box that is about $20. Prices are very reasonable. The desserts are also Fab! Overall the restaurant was very clean and the food was fresh. Many parking spaces on the back! We had a great experience! Great for dating night or even taking the family. Jackie and her husband Ricki are wonderful people and run a nice restaurant that is to please!

I compared every Sushi Square from Long Island, Queens and Manhattan to Mizuno and nobody could surpass it anywhere.. I am very happy to have a place of this quality so close to my residence! If you enjoy good sushi and Japanese cuisine, please visit this place!

You have delicious food here. I'm a fan of dinner boxes, I usually go with chicken catsu and beef negimaki. Mizuno makes both very good and I've never been disappointed. I'd say it's something on the expensive side, but not too bad. I usually come to pick up my order, but the inside of the restaurant looks pretty nice and I look forward to eating soon.
