Actually, the Arcade is just a walkway to a car park. But the little cafe tucked away up the far end is a treat. That's it's name: Treats. Have a big breakfast!

There were many vacant storefronts, but I discovered a lovely coffee shop.

Had coffee and cake at the cafe, nice. One of Wangs hidden gems.
