Pizza Max - Wandsworth

Waited over 1 hr for food. Very aggressive and rude on phone when asked for update on food. Woeful place. Do not order from these cowboys. Unacceptable.

I was ordered the food at 18.50 was expected delivery at 7.15 .I call the restaurant at 7.30 they said will be late more 10m is already 7.45 I with kids waiting for the food .Terrible terrible for me and my family dont order nothing for this restaurant anymore. The restaurant its only 2 miles for my adress is so bad.

Above all. All in all the guys working there are really Friends and are very friendly people also when it comes to not having cash and being hungry fir pizza once in a blue moon Stuff even got me once pizza when I are come in fir a chat rather than business. Yet my favour is pinnacle and black beans pizza with jalapeños or just … witn meat feast and vegetables. It’s always nice to stay in the shop whilst pizza is done on the spot…. All smiles and there is always something more than pizza getting pretty intrigued about and prepared… Tailor made pizza by standards of friends saying United we Conquer. This pizza has something extra about it. I think there might be white whizzard preparing the ingredients. They are just as staff si cool calm and collected. So good positive focused and strong it is not easy to tell they don’t have some magic going there on the sleeves and golden handshake

We ordered 2 extra large pizzas and were shocked to receive one that was half eaten and dropped on the floor! When we complained, the response we received was, "Don't order from us!" Please see the details below.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for three years, but I have finally had enough of their poor service and money-grabbing tactics. The customer service is terrible, with staff interrupting and not listening when you try to explain any issues. They constantly change their prices and deals, leading to confusion and incorrect orders. I recently ordered a £12.49 deal which included a large pizza, garlic bread, BBQ wings, and a bottle of drink, but received a small portion with 2 cans of drink instead. When I called to complain, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. They also failed to provide the extra wings promised when they didn't have garlic bread in stock. It's clear that this restaurant is only interested in taking money from customers and not meeting their needs. I will never order from them again and urge others to think twice before doing so. This review is based on my own experiences and I recommend avoiding this establishment.
