2nd time getting a pizza delivered and it 's barely over room temp. Paying $50 to get a pizza and wings once in a great while in this economy is a lot for some, most people. So it 's a huge disappointment that you get it almost cold, in the summer, and 40 minutes AFTER it says they are out for delivery. And not even in a hot bag, while in the A/C. Def odd. Also ordered lite sauce as they can be overly saucy most the time. Lifted the cheese and there was no sauce on the pizza at all. Like with fast food in this economy, getting a treat occasionaly will slow even more, especially when it 's lackluster. Can 't comment on in store food or picking it up though so may be much better??

I’ve ordered just cheese pizza, it was like a crepe crust-so thin and undercooked! Tried again, asked for thicker, still thin. Used to order eggplant parmigiana with meatballs. First time was good. Second time, meatballs didn’t taste good at all. I don’t order meatballs anymore. Won’t ever have pizza again. Awful. Not enough sauce either

Chicken Parmesan was burnt on 1 side and soggy on other side of small sub....

I have always had great customer service there. The prices are excellent! The food is delicious!
