Starbucks - Waltham

Small location compared to others but that doesn't stop these guys from popping cold brew coffees out and warming up your bagel. Never had any issues here and I come here quite often. The baristas are really pleasant and do what they need to help a customer out. Great and fast service.

This Starbucks was a hit! Fast drive thru in my opinion and drinks taste amazing! Great attitudes from the workers.

Cashier spoke with rude tone after asking if I could get a refill for a drink I purchased there but denied it because it had been purchased at 9:30am and it was now 11am. They also seemed aggravated when I asked to use my reward stars. This place has gone down hill in recent years it's sad Starbucks seem to have lowered their standards when it comes to customer service.

Today I got a venti mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, an impossible sandwich, and the berry trio parfait. Delicious! The store was very busy when I went in but everyone was so kind and quick.

Skill Set or Scam? This is getting worst. When you order a VT you don't get anywhere near to a full cup!!! There is a morning staff not today's staff 11/9/2022 at 530am that knows how to properly fill a cup of coffee and not give you a 1/2 cup of foam! If you go there 6 times a week only twice you are getting what you pay for. You can look at the staff and see there is no kinda vibe that could be a result of management and everyone is just like whatever. I can tell you exactly who your A+ Team is. I'm not knocking on the other workers but you guys have to get it together.
