Kfc - Walterhill

KFC quality is getting so poor. Original recipe not cooked long enough. Very slimey at this store the last 2 times I've eaten there. Very disappointing. Not the KFC of the past.

Went to order a holiday meal deal no breast available at 630 pm cook time 25 minutes an can't give me extra tenders bc they won't cook enough chicken… WOW! TERRIBLE SERVICE KFC but be happy all your help was standing around with a thumb up their butt!

Very nice fast service. Very polite girl that serviced me. Had plenty of napkins, sauce, and forks.

When I'm in crossville that's the only KFC I will go to… I like less then a mile from on in Oak Ridge and will never go back to that one… the chicken is always delicious in crossville..

Ordered several large family meals at the drive through and it was ready fast!
