One of the better run captains ds that I go to. most of the Time it’s right and not burnt

All was good Except not one employee knew how to input our paper gift card so we could use it. They said we would have to use it when a manager was present. Written instructions need to be near the cash register and all employees trained so this doesn't happen again.

As good as 'fast food ' seafood can be. Their southern style fish, lobster rolls, and hush puppies are delicious. Their chicken tenders look like the ones I buy in the freezer section at the supermarket, so nothin special there. But it 's good they have it for my non fish eaters. Overall good food and service however the prices seem too high.

4th of July at about 6:30p. The batter coating the fish was tough. Could barely cut through it to get to the fish of what there was of it. Obviously something has changed w fish and batter. Coleslaw was very strong past use by date am sure. Place was dirty and greasy. Windows and blinds dirty s&p shakers so greasy they slid through my fingers. We have always enjoyed our visits every couple of months. Will never go back!

The food was precooked and cold. So bad we couldn't even finish eating it. The dining room is dirty and smells bad. My first and last visit here.
