Mcdonald's - Walsall

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I have never consistently been let down by anyone as much as I have by the employees at this restaurant. How difficult is it to get a simple breakfast order correct? They are always late with your order, overcharge you, and only give you half of what you ordered. They seem to forget something every single time, usually half of your order. It is impossible to reach them by phone. The management of this place needs to address these issues. I usually don't write reviews or complain, but this needed to be said. This place should be shut down and replaced with something else. Avoid at all costs. I have contacted customer service and will continue to do so until I am reimbursed. Absolutely terrible.

This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever visited, and I have been to a few hundred of them. I went last night (10/31 around 9:40 PM) and placed an order from the screen. I did not receive a receipt as the printer was out of paper. There were about 15 order numbers ahead of me. A couple came in and got into an argument with the staff because they had ordered through the app 2 hours ago and still had not received their food. It turned into a huge scandal, with managers and customers yelling and threatening each other. Some people were even filming and streaming the chaos live! After 25 minutes in the restaurant, I still had the same amount of orders in front of me. I left feeling hungry, disappointed, and 8 pounds lighter in my pocket. To make matters worse, there was a line of 20 cars in the drive-thru outside. I would highly recommend avoiding this location.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I ordered a few items, only to get home and realize that the large fries were missing. The chicken burgers were also cold. This is the second time we have experienced missing items from this location. I will never be returning to this place again. Thanks, McDonald's.

Worse MC Donald’s I have been in food came out stone cold and the woman that cleans and empty’s the bins just walking around coughing everywhere rather than putting her hand to her mouth. Disgusting couldn’t wait to get out of there. Will never visit here again.

Had an incident at your store last night with one of your delivery drivers I’m sure the colleagues will remember. We finally got our food which was brought out to us with lots of apologies. To then pull up at our home to find out that another one of your drivers had actually followed us home to carry on with the argument. Shocking we now feel this is stupid and should be investigated why would you follow someone to there home all got the sake of a stupid argument about parking luckily we have cctv so he will be on camera and police will be informed. Honestly the colleagues where great but your drivers think they are something else than
